Thanks for the info - hope no crazy big homes go in it’s place.
Town code says it is a BC-1 zoned lot and commercial can go there and big homes can go there. The min lot size is 17,500 so only 4 home lots would fit making for an expensive home there.
If they divide it into 4 lots that alone would be $840k for just the lots which is a lot. Then add in tear down, redevelopment, surveys to make the 4 lots, and whatever else before they start to build.
I am guessing something commercial is coming.
