Ok guys, everyone knows I rent out our first floor apartment in North Carova to cover my costs for the year, just ABB and VRBO. We are not beach front but we are super close to the ocean and we provide homeowners parking passes for the beach. My beloved Son is coming out to stay with me for a Father/Son Fishing and Surfing jaunt. I had originally blocked it out because I thought my brothers family was coming out too from Colorado. They can't make the trip since my brother just got a big roofing contract. SO...

I have 8/12/23 to 8/18/23 available to anyone who shows up with an envelope. I'm talking about a 1985 booking rate! No cleaning fees, etc... You still gotta follow our rules and treat me place with respect but there isn't a deal like this on the OBX anywhere. I promise you that. (;

Thanks for asking Laz. She's doing great. She's back at Temple doing a research gig there for the summer. She has full range of motion and no pain apparently. Her boyfriend just bought her a little Corgi pup so she's in love....with the puppy, HA! I named him Poops McGee but she gets mad when I call him that.

She transferred from Bucknell to Temple main campus after realizing that 80k a year is just a criminal racket. She's a strait A student at the very top of her class. She'll be able to go anywhere she want's for grad school. That's what's important. She's in very protected, on-campus housing. I don't like it but she insisted since her Boyfriend is there... Her Mom and grandparents live in Society Hill and Old City so she's got support there too.
