Sister is cooking and I'll give her a kiss! Always do! I'm taking a double broccoli casserole there and chocolate chip cookies for her grands as they don't like pie!
It's mostly air, it puffs way up while baking so my appetite is not ruined.
And I usually bypass the turkey and wait for the double smoked ham to come round! It's boiled until tender, then smoked again. Broccoli casserole sounds good and I would dig into that but we have my aunt's green bean casserole recipe, it's a tradition. Everything on the table are family recipes, maybe just cleaned up a bit, like no margarine or seed oils.
