Got leftovers? Hopefully, yes. Here's how to solve the problem of someone scarfing down the cranberries, dressing and taters, and leaving just the turkey and ham without any of the other goodies.
Get up early on Friday, before the scarfers. Pour yourself a cup of coffee. Press the dressing into a crust in a large buttered pie or casserole dish. Layer in the turkey, ham, green bean casserole, cranberries, etc. Pour in some gravy and then schmear mashed potatoes all over the top. Might need to warm up the cold taters a little to get 'em schmearable. Put a few pats of butter on the potatoes. Cover tightly with foil, mislabel it as something nobody likes & put it in the very back of the fridge.
In a day or two, pull it out and bake it uncovered at 375 on a lower rack until hot and serve it for an easy supper.
