Thanks for the pictures! I didn't make it into the city to watch the airshow this year....the Blue Angels are my favorite! I used to work downtown and my building was on one of the flight paths where they would bank around it to the west. It was so awesome to look out the window and see them flying by so close you could see the pilot. This was alsways my favorite week to work!

It is really pretty in that area. My husband heard that one year the jets (do not know which ones) banked too close to a building and blew out some windows. Did you hear of that? It was cold and rainy most of the day until it was time to leave and then of course it got sunny and warm. Grrrrr.
I would have liked to visit some after the show, but it was so congested we just got the heck out!!
