Where was this picture taken? Was the flag painted on the wall or projected? It looks much brighter than the rest of the wall.

Will, the photo was taken on the Cross-Bronx Expressway, NY. The flag is painted on the side of the apartment building.

I used some pp (post-processing) to highlight the flag and minimize the rest of the buidling.

It doesn't show as well on your site as it does in actuality. Some picture quality is lost, but that's okay.
