...before it goes through a window. Anybody have a Canon Powershot A530? I have no idea how to use this thing. First off, it only holds ten pictures. Not sure if it's the memory card (it's the one that came with the camera) or because the pictures are too big. I've tried looking up how to make the pics smaller but I can't find it. Someone told me that most digital cameras have both internal and external (memory card) photo storage. I cannot figure out how this might work.

You need a bigger memory card, the one they give you is pretty worthless.

If you didn't get an extra memory card you should they can be expensive go get what you can afford.

You can adjust your pictures but you might not get the best quality So I would adjust them on your computer. If you have XP thats easy enough just click on picture to highlight after down loading and rt click and resize it


Most cameras do come with an internal memory too but as you have said it will only hold a few pictures . And you will need a cable to down load with a card you can down load directly from it at any photo center or your computer.

I got a bigger card today. It holds 695 pics. Now I feel like an idiot. Thanks for the help!
