The bad news is my Daughter lost her Job but the good news is she has interviews with 2 reality company on the Outer Banks she is just 24 so she will bounce back she has been trying to move down there for several years I hope things work out for her even if it is only for a few years as she said so it will be out of her system , But I say follow your dreams,

You know what they say.....when a door closes a wondow opens! Best of luck to her. And however hokey it sounds...you've got to follow your dreams. It's much easier to do this when you are younger, with less responsibilities on your shoulders. I can completely understand why she wants to do this. If I had found this beautiful place when I was her age, who knows.....

I wish her the best of luck!!!! I truly wish I had done the same thing when I was in my early 20s. Once you get married, start a family, take on more responsibility, etc.etc... its soooooooooooo much harder!

I have this little saying posted in my office at work.... " Decide what you want. Decide what you are willing to exchange for it. Then get to Work!"

It keeps me focused on the goals I've set for myself and reminds me to keep working until I get there.

Realty offices on Hatteras Ilsand or up north?

I tried to talk my daughter who lives in Hatteras into applying for one of the many realty jobs that was open this spring, but she wasn't interested.

I hope housing isn't too big of an issue for her. That's what keeps a lot of folks from being able to move/work there.

Thanks every one for you best wishes as she has no children or husband at this point her only bill I think is her Jeep payment I think she already has a place to stay so that’s not an issue we will just have to wait and see.
