My downfall is chips, crackers and the like. One tough thing about the low carb diet is that you eventually get sick of the foods you can eat on it. Let me give two tips that have made it a lot easier for me:
1. Low carb wraps. The ones I buy only have 5g of net carbs and are a great bread substitue. I really missed being able to make a sandwich. The wraps are a good substitue.
2. Low carb ice cream bars. Breyers makes good ice cream bars called Carb Smart. They work when you you need a sweet fix.
Those two items alone can make the low carb diet much more tolerable.
