Mary Ann - cauliflower popcorn

Well, this looked simple - I love to cook - we try lots of recipes - and we do more complicated things.I am always looking for cauliflower ideas because we get tired of broccoli. Apparently I did something wrong though, because my cauliflower popcorn looked like someone took a blow torch to it! :( Do you leave the florets pretty big? I cut them kind of small...but otherwise followed the recipe and I know the oven temp. is correct. Any suggestions for next time I try?
And yes, we'll have steamed broccoli tonight!

I had my chopped up fairly small and some of it was charcoaled as well. I ended up pulling mine out after about 30 min. but I only made half the recipe. I did flip it around every 5 mins. or so.

I'm going to make bigger chunks next time.

Thank you - I kind of thought less time might be good - I did go to stir it 2x, but by the 3rd time it was charcoal. On a happy note, my hubby said he likes things that way. Hmmm....that opens up a whole new world...burnt??? No dear, just done as you like it! BTW it was good even though I charcoaled it!
