I am a WW follower...I have been counting my points now for a long time. I have lost 50 lbs all together. I exercise 5 out of 7 night. However....I have not lost in a long time. I got to thinking, even though I am counting my points maybe I am eating too many calories within my points. I found this site and it has been wonderful.....thought you might like it. Click to follow link... BTW: It did not appear that I was going over my allotted calories per day. I did weigh in yesterday and lost 2 lbs.....:-)

It's not always about the pounds. Inches count too. JB are you doing just cardio or are you doing any weight or resistance training too? Weight/resistance training builds muscle and muscle weighs more than fat. If you do weight/resistance training, do that 1st in your workout, then do your cardio set. That way by the time you get to your cardio, your body will already be at the fat burning stage. Doing the same workouts over and over our bodies gets used to it, so if you're stalled out on weight loss, try changing your workouts. Do something new, or increase your speed or intensity. I'm a big fan of the benefits of interval training and it's been proven to be an effective fat burner method. With a combination of weight/resistance training and cardio 5 times a week, I lost 2 inches off my waist and 1.5 inches off my hips in 6 weeks but didn't lose a single pound. The numbers on the scale may not have moved but my pants keep falling down. :smiley40:
