Wll great for you! Ten pounds a month is a little much..that would be a steady drop of 2 pounds a week and that is hard to keep up...everyone once in awhile a 2 pound loss in a week happens, but not consistantly.
I just weighed in today...it's been a month since I went to a meeting..and lost 4 pounds. So my total loss so far is 25.4 pounds. 13 more to go and I will be back at goal!
