Re-entry Procedures for Hatteras Island Visitors:
The Hatteras Island villages of Rodanthe, Waves, Salvo, Avon, Buxton and a portion of Frisco will be open to visitors beginning Monday, September 29 at 8:00 a.m. This excludes areas south of Robin Lane in Frisco and all of Hatteras Village. Visitors should call rental companies, hotels, and campgrounds to confirm availability of accommodations.
