So, when's your next trip?

Robert glad to see you made it too! Our trip to Duck worked out great too! We ended up getting down there last Sunday night around 9:30. Other than all the steps to the beach being destroyed and a few trees Duck fared very well. We were able to actually enjoy great weather and decided to definetly go back next year! When did you finally find out from the real estate that your house was ok?

Hey Doc! We had a great week as you did and our second week has started off great and the forecast is sunny thru the weekend, although a little cooler than we had last week.

We got the word from our realtor via e-mail at 4:45pm Sunday and we were on the road at 5:00. We arrived here 1:15am Monday morning.

We have already made arrangements for 2 weeks next year as well.

All 7 of us stayed in a 3 room "house" the week before Isabel. We had people sleeping in every room! *lol*

Anyway, glad to hear you are having a good time. No matter where you stay, the Outer Banks are beautiful!

Hey you call that a cottage! Our house was miniscule compared and we had 6 bedrooms for three of us and one little dog! Our dog misses OBX as much as us! She loved the beach and yappy hour at Outerbarks! Next year we too want to do two weeks if I can find some friends that I want to spend that kind of time with ! Have a great rest of the week. Maybe we will see you next year!
