Are hotels readily available in October? My husband and I were going to go down to our condo and have come to find out it's out of commission. We lost pretty much everything. I'd still like to come down and get a few things out if possible before the wrecking crew comes in. BUT, now we need a place to stay. Any suggestions?

Has a structural Engineer determined it can't be repaired? I had heard talk they were going to try and fix it. We are next door at the Yachtsman and had our pool area condemned until a dune can be rebuilt.

No, it will be repaired. They took all the fabric items out of all 30 units. The chimney pipes blew off and all units had severe water damage. Everything is closed up for about 6 months. We should be up and running by next season - Hopefully
