I discovered that chewing gum between meals keeps you from snacking. I got a few packs of sugarless gum, and its amazing how, if I am chewing gum, how I dont want to spit it out to eat a snack HAHA!
Have you tried the "dessert" flavored sugarless chewing gum? Can't think of the brand right now (my stash is at work) but I think it might be Wrigleys... anyway, they have Strawberry Shortcake, Key Lime and Mint Chocolate Chip... I know, that might seem kind of gross at first (for gum), but trust me, when you chew a stick after lunch (or even before lunch) your mouth will rejoice!!! Only 5 calories a stick, they will help you through that stress-induced sugar craving when you need it.
