I discovered that chewing gum between meals keeps you from snacking. I got a few packs of sugarless gum, and its amazing how, if I am chewing gum, how I dont want to spit it out to eat a snack HAHA!

I agree with the gum. I am an awful snacker and if I already have something in my mouth I will be ok.

I am agree with JIm his suggestion is more beneficent and effected. Water is good thing for he over all health and the calories count can help you in weight maintain.

Yes buddy gum helps you much in this matter and I also agree with your opinion that by chewing the gum you will never have any kind of foods for intake and have the best one body figure....

Have you tried the "dessert" flavored sugarless chewing gum? Can't think of the brand right now (my stash is at work) but I think it might be Wrigleys... anyway, they have Strawberry Shortcake, Key Lime and Mint Chocolate Chip... I know, that might seem kind of gross at first (for gum), but trust me, when you chew a stick after lunch (or even before lunch) your mouth will rejoice!!! Only 5 calories a stick, they will help you through that stress-induced sugar craving when you need it.

THe gum that is in those flavors is the Extra brand, they are great, I especially love the mint chocolate chip .

Chewing gum is not that bad as people think. Your brain works good, studies shows that your brain works 30% more while chewing gum.

I know this will sound like spam but this is what has helped me SO much. Myfitnesspal.com Since joining that site in Feb. I have lost 32 pounds and gone from a size 18/20 to a 12. It helps you to find out how many calories you should be eating, allows you to log food and exercise to keep track easily. There is a forum as well and I have made some great friends supporters there. Even met a fellow OBX lover that recently moved to OBX smiley

Water and green tea are best for weight lose.Fruits and vegetables are best diet meals and in exercise i suggest walking and running.

I love those! I really like the key lime pie.. I have lost 26 lb.. almost at my goal.. I hope to never put it back on.. It is so hard to diet
