Did you have noticeable results?
You can modify, but I'm not sure how much since I'm still pretty new at it.
I absolutely got noticible results -- much more muscle definition, "redistribution" and loss of weight, more stamina, more strength.
I agree with you about the hour a day, every day thing--- it's hard to find the time sometimes. I think this next round (assuming I don't do Insanity) will be "P120x" -- I'll keep pushing play, just not every day.
