I bought some of the Joseph's Oat Bran and Flax Pita Bread. 60 calories for the entire piece and you cut it in half and have 2 pita pockets (30 cals each) I took 1/2 and cut it in half then stacked the 2 halfs on top of each other and cut again in half (4 pieces) with a pizza cutter then separate the pieces top and bottom sides which will give you 8 triangles place on a microwave safe dish spray with pam and microwave for 1 - 1 1/2 minutes then salt lightly. I used them to dip salsa 10calories/2 TBSP. Great snack and less than 60 calories.
