Speaking of joining up...
I gotta trim about 20 lbs and get my energy level back, too! Looking at the Belly Melt diet... resetting my appetite clock... etc. My problem is just getting started and then, sticking with it. Last couple days, I've finally been able to eat a little yogurt for breakfast (or as close to breakfast as I can get - I haven't eaten in the mornings for almost 40 years
)
OH yeah - and eating right for me and still cooking for my red meat/potatoes hubby. He says to just go on and make what I need to make to eat for me and he'll survive. But I know those giant steaks, fries, and snacks are gonna show up sooner or later. He never puts on a pound eating like that.
I've got experience with tai chi, yoga and a little pilates thrown in. Seems to work OK, as long as I'm not a couch potato otherwise... but I gotta DO it, not just know I gotta do it. Still trying to figure that part out.
