So... how is everyone doing??

I am doing so so.. I havn't worked out as much as I wanted to, but that is my goal for this coming week. went to my weigh in today and was down 2.5 pounds (but didn't go last week) which is still better than a gain. I guess as I near my weight loss goal the pounds won't come off as easily if I don't bump up my workouts more.

Hope everyone else is doing well and keeping on track.. My vacation is in 122 days, so I have to get on it.. OMG smiley

Lost 5 so far. The past few days the scales haven't moved but they will. I went over my calorie limit when Rosie and I went out before our doctor's appointment Wednesday but I got right back on track the next day.

I've been doing ok, but I've had a horrible cold which has halted my exercise. Just can't get into it when I can't breathe!

We got an Xbox with Kinect for Christmas and I have been working out 4 days a week with it doing the DVD Your Shape Evolved. I love that you do not need any remotes or a balance board. It scans your body as you follow along with the trainer. Your image is put on the TV next to your trainer so you can see what you are doing right and wrong. It records your calorie burn and progress. I have not lost much weight but I am really firming up. Love it! I am also still taking Pole Fitness classes every week when I have time.

I am starting today with a similar Wii workout by EA active. I did it a little last winter and definetly saw results. I would love to upgrade to an xbox, but am waiting until I have a valid reason to (as in something goes wrong with the wii) because I really don't want to invest in another system and games yet.

Would love to try a pole class, but considering my town doesn't even have a gym, I would have to drive quite a way to find one, LOL!

I got up this morning and did the first day of couch to 5K on my treadmill (my son and I are going to run our first 5K in April) and I will be doing the Wii workout this afternoon. Plus Monday-Thursday nights my friend and I walk 4-5 miles at our high school indoors during the winter.
