It felt great dipping under that 200 mark when I did it Bluefish - I'm sure you'll do it this week - now I'm trying to make sure I stay there - my target is about 185.

Just bought some exercise bands from Amazon to see if resistance training can help me get moving at a quicker pace. Time to sell the weight bench and free weights...
Let me know if you like the bands.. I did some beginner yoga the past two days and while I was doing it I was thinking there is no way this will do anything for me.. Well, I am sore today from a few of those poses, so it was definetly working my muscles more than I thought it was!
I am fine with cardio, but trying to find a good toning/strethening workout..
