I'm 198 today. Last time I weighed was 20 days ago. But I'm down a pound and a half from then. So count me down 1.5 from last weigh-in.
I was down 2 pounds since my last weigh in..
My weigh in date is Saturday, so I'll post then. My loss this week was 1.8 for a total of 12.8lbs.
So what diet is working so well for everyone?
