Where are we at in the beginning of June?

I lost 5.4lbs this week (yay sinus infection!) for a WW total of 12.6 and a grand total of 27.6lbs.

Congratulations, 27 pounds is awesome indeed!

Had my weekly Weight Watchers weigh-in this morning - I dropped the 1.2 pounds that I gained last week - back to 189 pounds. Theeth smiley

Big grin Yay! I am not going near the scale since my trip last week, LOL! My clothes still fit, so I am cool with that, hahahaha.

10 for me in the last 3 weeks... I have temporarily fell off the band wagon this week... I just can't seem to get motivated since I got back from my random spontaneous trip to the beach this weekend... =/ Haven't eaten too badly or anything but haven't worked out any... I'm not very good at this staying on track thing lol

Down 0.8 this week. A loss is a loss though and I'll take it. I've been eating a lot of the same foods over and over, so I switched up some of those foods this coming week. Plus, I've been earning points by walking but not really eating those points. I'll be making more of an effort to do that this week and see what the results will be.

27.6 + .8= 28.4 pounds.....CONGRATULATIONS!!!! I have been trying and lost 4 pounds since the start of the month...am trying to stay strong, and be good...all so hard to do!!!

It happens.. Keep at it and don't worry too much about it.

I am back to my old routine and tracking my meals and working out as of this morning. So I will continue checking in here as well..

After getting a sinus infection that only got worse with antibiotics. I ended up with bronchitis. Change of meds and little appetite. I had lost 4 lbs in a week in a half. Lost around 2 lbs more over the weekend. Can now wear pants that I havn't worn in a year. Banana Now the fun will start when I get over this. Want to keep losing instead of gain back. Gerald and I will be heading for a small vacation to the OBX around the last of August. Just us two. NO KIDS GRANDKIDS or Dogs. Will be our first time ever coming to the OBX that way. We have always had them with us.

I got on my scale today and have lost 2 pounds since last week. Calorie counting~30 day shred~walking 4 miles almost everyday... I gave myself a 30 day challenge, so hopefully I can stick with it and start again in 30 days with another mini challenge..
