Anyone one here use it? My friend kept bugging me to sign up and I did the other day.. I like it! There are tools for tracking all your food, calories activity etc. FOR FREE, LOL! So all my etools I loved at weight watchers~ kind of like having them back without having to pay my monthly dues..

I have the app on my phone. The only prob I have is that it will say I burnt 486 calories so I will eat that many and then I gain! I am learning that turning 50 means I can only eat 1200 calories, exercise or no exercise if I want to lose weight. It is great because the logging of everything I eat helps hold me accountable! I am also learning where I was getting a lot more calories than I thought. I still exercise I just know for me the calorie count is the key. It is very easy to use which is great!

I like seeing the calorie counts too. I am trying to find my magic calorie number still.. I am tinking I need to go a little lower than what it is telling me or be more patient. I ate within my goal (except for one day) all week and worked out everyday and didn't lose any weight this week (and I don't eat the earned calories from exercise).. My friends both use the phone app and love it. I don't have a data plan for my phone so I can't do that yet..

They say I need to eat 1200 calories a day to lose. I really try to stay around there. It is very interesting how quick it adds up! Good Luck to you! I have found out from using fitness pal that my snacks were killing my diet! They added up so fast! So I have pretty much eliminated snacking-that is hard at night! I also like a glass of wine with dinner-I have pulled back on that too-so hard! Again, good luck! Banana

My Fitness Pal looks very good! I was using Calorie Count - and have been for quite awhile. I'm using nutrasystem currently, but at some point I'll be going back to a free option. Thanks for posting this!

I can't decide which is better, My Fitness Pal or Calorie Count. Both are free and very similar. See what you think.

After posting in both for a couple of days, I'm going with my fitness pal. It's a simpler layout and their database of foods is much better.

Well you both need to friend me on there too smiley I really like it.. well except on days like today when I log in stuff like greek fries and bakalava~ but the greek festival is only once a year, LOL! All kidding aside, it is a really useful tool, I haven't really used the message boards or anything yet, just the food and exercise journal..

Hello Guys according to my participation on this issue i say that my fitness pal is providing an comprehensive exercise and dieting publication that is free to use. You have access to thousands of choices in the food data source, workouts, nutrient finance calculator as well as calories consumption when you get into workouts, and an active community.
Thanks a lot!!
