Becoming concerned with my weight loss. Down two belt holes and now at 180 from 208 on a 6'3" frame. Energy and such is better, which is a good thing. Core and road work continues.
After Memorial Day weekend, gave up the hops and yeast. Weight just keeps falling off. Part of it might be that work pace keeps me from eating breakfast and lunch, just one large dinner.
Doc says all is OK, HDLs above LDLs. Blood sugar takes peaks and valleys (hypo- to hyper-glycemic, as one would guess based on one meal a day). I recall being in my late teens at 10K calories a day, and could not put on weight. Maybe I am lucky.
Oh, well, guess we will ride this old bag of bones until the sunset meets the sunrise. In the meantime, my best wishes to all.
