I got the WiiFitPlus today for Christmas (thanx vanative!), got home and tried it. Just messing around trying different games, exercises, and yoga I managed to break a sweat. I'm looking forward to using this more. Anyone have a favorite routine?

I create my own custom workouts using yoga and strength training exercises. They are 30-40mins. I save the yoga moves that require the most stretching for the end of the workout so my muscles are nice and warm by then needing a good stretch.
I just started doing the hula hoop challenge using a real hula hoop. My 9yr old has to challenge me on everything of course. Party

I've made my own routine with 4 yoga and 2 strength exercises for a total of 12 mins and then I move on to the aerobic (3 hula hoops, 2 steps, 2 running, all basic for now), and then play a balance or training plus game for a total of about 30mins (never less, sometimes more).
But, tonight I dance since I hadn't done that since Christmas Eve and I kinda miss it.
