I've made my own routine with 4 yoga and 2 strength exercises for a total of 12 mins and then I move on to the aerobic (3 hula hoops, 2 steps, 2 running, all basic for now), and then play a balance or training plus game for a total of about 30mins (never less, sometimes more).
But, tonight I dance since I hadn't done that since Christmas Eve and I kinda miss it.
