So far I'm doing good with calorie counting. Weight this morning 149.2. I at whatever I want I just try to stay within my calorie count for the day. A couple of nights this week I have had breakfast for dinner. I love breakfast for dinner. 2 large eggs scrambled (140) 3 slices of Oscar Mayer microwaveable bacon cooked on the griddle (80) 1 slice Heiners 35 bread toasted (35) 1 TBSP ketchup (20), 1 cutie (35) total 310 calories.

www.myfitnesspal.com put mine at 1200 which sounds low but I seem to lose weight at do well around that range. I track my food and most days I eat 1100-1400 calories.I do good as long as I have small frequent meals and don't go too long without eating and get hungry. If I get hungry I end up over eating every time.

I packed my lunch for work this morning with my sandwich, fruit, water and coke zero and ran off and left it on the table at the house. Had to run to the store to get lunch. Lunch today was a Smart One Roasted Turkey Dinner (200) and a Yoplait Light Strawberry Shortcake Yogart (90) Water and a Coke Zero (0) Total of 290 Calories Breakfast was a coffee with 2tbsp of 2% milk (16) and a bagel thin (110) 126 calories. Total so far is 416. I have enough calories for a big dinner and a snack or 2 later. I do most of my eating in the evenings after I get home from work so I save the majority of my calories to eat after I get home.

Funny, your lunch sounds exactly like mine every day! Sandwich, 1 orange, and a flavored water. 230 calories. Breakfast is also a sandwich, along with some kind of bar, like a Fiber One 90 calorie bar, and another flavored water. 320 calories. Myfitnesspal puts my calories at just under 1600. Works great. I can usually have a glass or two of wine! Yay.

An older lady at work who I think the world of jumped on me yesterday. She tells you how it is I just love her. She said Robin don't you think you have lost enough weight. I was looking at you and I think you have lost enough maybe too much. You need to quit it. I promised her I wasn't trying to lose anymore just trying to maintain what I have lost. I'm 5 ft 7 1/2 inches I may go 5 ft 8 I'm happy around 149-155. I'm just so scared I will gain back what I have lost.

Grilled cheese and tomato soup = YUM. Plan on having a cup of cubed water melon later for 46 calories total 266

You are doing great. It took me almost 5 months to lose 20 pounds. I'm not watching my carbs this time just counting calories. I use to count carbs and not calories lol.

Not sure why I didn't notice before, but as someone who eats two sandwiches per day, how is that sandwich only 170 calories? Looks like white bread, and most white bread is 120 on the low end for two slices. I also eats lots of cheese, and the Sargento reduced fat pepperjack is a staple at our house, and for one slice it's 60 calories. Plus turkey bacon? Just curious, help me make that sandwich for only 170 calories! Theeth smiley

I love sandiwches. We have a brand of bread here called Heiner's 35 its comes in white or wheat. I save alot of calories by using it. Sara Lee makes a good bread that only has 40 calories a slice but I have a hard time finding it.Here's the breakdown:

2 slices of Heiners 35 = 70 calories
1 slice of pepperjack cheese=70
I found microwaveable turkey bacon for 15 calories a slice I had 2 slices 30 calories. I think it was butterball brand
I grilled it in one of the cheap $10 sandwich makers without any oil or butter.

You can have a blt which I love for under 200 calories also
2 slices heiners 35 bread toasted 70
3 slices oscar mayer microwaveable bacon 80 I usually warm it on the griddle intead of microwave
lettuce & tomato I usually count 10-15 calories depending on how much I use
1/2 tablespoon of miracle whip 20 calories
total 180-185

I love egg sandwiches with cheese also
2 slices Heiners 35 toasted 70
1 egg 60-70 calories depending on the size
1 slice of american cheese 70
200-210 calories

Fried bologna sandwich
2 slices of Heiners 35 70
oscar mayer light bologna fried 60
mustard 0
130 calories

I have tons of sandwich ideas I can share. I gues you can tell I eat alot of sandwiches also

Thanks. Wonder if I can find Heiners anywhere around here. I cut the cheese out of my sandwiches for the most part, and it's become more of a treat for me. Also cut out the Mayo - another treat. Hard to determine which one is harder to live without! I used to joke around about the main food groups being butter, cheese, and mayonnaise!

Sara Lee....I worked for them for over 10 years. Made lots of bread - a lot of varieties that I can't find out here. You would be amazed at the amount of honey we went through in making the Sara Lee Honey Wheat. (Worked for them in South Dakota.)

If I want something I eat it simple as that. I do what works for me and what I enjoy. I do go from low carb to weight watchers to calorie counting and probably will switch again at sometime . I'm sure I'm not the only one in world who does that.I'm sorry if I have offended you in anyway I didn't mean to and would never do anything intentional to hurt someone's feelings.

I have lost 22 pounds and I working on maintaining that. Will I gain it back? Maybe time will tell. I went from 170 to 148 pounds by eating less, and I exercise every day I drink water. I love Coke Zero and Diet Pepsi Max and I know they not healthy but I like them. No matter which diet I use I eat less than I normally would when I'm not on diet.

weighed in this morning at 147.4 I haven't seen that number in lets just say a LONG time. My total weight loss is 22.6 pounds. I really don't are if I lose anymore. I want to just maintain around 150 that's my feel good weight. I have tapered myself off almost all my lupus meds. I feel better than I have felt in a long time. I will probably have a major flareup for saying that

Just started using the app you talked about. Wish me luck! Due to a broken heel in June I've been immobile and the pounds packed on. Counting calories and going to try riding the bike inside- bought one of those bike stands. It's the only exercise my heel will tolerate.
