Set ups or Crunches

Trying to firm up the belly...which one is more effective??

...i do both...do 200 crunches...and 40-50 inclined situps 5-6 days a week...i have lost about 58 pounds...my weight has stablized around 160...but my waist has shrunk to about 33 inches...anything you do...keep on your schedule no matter what...you will see results...just my opinion................
