T25

Today is the last day of Week 2 for me. Beach Body's T25 with Shaun T is hard but awesome! It's only 25 mins a day for 5 days and then a stretch day and a rest day. The time flies and it's over before you know it. I will admit, it is hard on the knees at times and it's a lot of jumping around, but if you can handle it, I recommend it!

My wife and I are starting P90X3 tonight. I wanted to get T25 but she received a free copy of P90X3 from work so it's tough to beat. If I remember to give you updates, I will. I'd like to hear comparisons.

Please do! I did MOST of the first P90X a few years ago...It was just hard finding the time. How long is P90X3? I love T25 simply because of the 25 minutes. There's literally no excuse in the world that you can't find 25 minutes a day! Today is day 1 of week 5...Next will be beta round. I've definitely toned up but really havent lost any weight (not like I really NEED to, but i could stand to lose 5lbs for the beach lol).

Cant wait to hear about your experiences with P90X3

I just finished P90X-3. I've done 4+ rounds of the original P90X over the past cople of years.

X3 is a series of 30 minute workouts for 6 days a week (including the "stretch day") structured similar to the original P90X with a big emphasis (in my opinion) on core strength & balance. One day is cardio, the next is resistance, then cardio, etc.

If you're short on time, it does a nice job mixing things up. You can get a really good/tough workout done in the 30 minutes if you push yourself.
