The 1500's and the 1800's are well discussed on the Outer Banks with the Lost Colony play, Roanoke Island Festival Park and Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum, not to mention Chicamacomico Station. But nothing is ever said about the settlement established on Colington Island in 1664. So I have written an article about it.
