Anyone else trying to lose a few pounds

I've put on a few pounds the past few months. My clothes are getting as tight as a bark on a log Laughing smiley Trying to drop a few pounds. Drinking lots of lemon water, exercising and counting calories. Hoping I can get as motivated as I use to be.

I started to have one full dinner no breakfast or lunch and have the dinner at 2 PM. Think this will work for me. Every now and then through in a breakfast.

Finally I pretty much over this cold. Signed up for a weight loss contest at work starting Monday. We do it for 12 weeks. This just may the motivation I need! The Christmas tree is out and the treadmill is back in place. No excuses! Banana

Healthy Choice products at the food store. And switched to juice rather than soda. And doing the treadmill every so often. I am on a regular diet with no carry out Pizzas. I should lost about 40 pounds in two months time frame. I started two 1/2 weeks ago.Banana Banana

I've lost 20 in the last 3 weeks. No alcohol, gave up sugar drinks(pop) and drinking water only. I've been eating healthy and exercising 4-5 times a week. 215 to 195

Lost 10 so far. I'm thinking of trying the GM diet.Another girl I know tried this and has lost 35lbs in 5 months. and no exercise. I like exercising, puts me in a better mood! Banana

Great motivator is a documentary you can find on Netflix called "hungry for change" we eat pretty healthy in this home but decided to change our fruit and veggie intake to about 80% and use it raw. I bought a bullet smoothie mixer and we make smoothies of all kinds of veggies and fruit.

Sort of tried the GM diet but ate a healthy dinner instead of sticking to the fruit or vegetable only dinner. Still lost 3 in a week. Drinking lots of water, feel great! Sleep better and my feet don't hurt anymore! Thumbs up

Well... thank you so much for the motivation. I influenced while reading your post. I am very lazy in terms of my figure. But whenever I see the girls who are very good at personality, I get jealous from them. Now I will feel jealousy. I will try to loose me weight. After loosing weight I will definitely post a pic of me..... smiley

I am also trying to lose some extra pounds from my body. I am doing all the hardwork possible to get rid from it, zyming, swimming, diet, supplement etc.. I guess its very hard to lose weight from belly.
