There were a few of these hanging out at the dog run.
Apparently this bird doesn’t know which holiday is looming - it’s been visiting every day.
Haven't seen a wild turkey in a long time around here. Kinda surprising because there were a lot when we first moved here.John
Saw two pileated woodpeckers around the pond at our Florida Condo.
There has been a lot of wildlife hanging out at our Condo pond lately. Here are two eagles that stop by a few times during the week.
Had a pair of Muscovy visit the Condo pond for a few hours.
Tom came calling today.

RowlandP, I hope you used zoom on that snake! Great pictures.Jimmy and Rick, those are great eagle pictures!John
I've become interested in true Macro photography the last couple of months. Focusing is a lot harder than I thought it would be, but I'm getting there......still takes a lot of shots to get a keeper sometimes! So far I've mostly shot insects, but they're getting harder to find as the weather gets colder. I'm looking forward to trying to capture snowflakes this winter. An Eastern Yellow JacketA Flesh FlyAn Asian Lady BeetleA Silverfish
Amazing photos, Nehall.
Those are great Nancy. I've got some kind of macro adapter for my lenses (bought it a couple of years ago), but I still don't know how to properly use it! Flowers are good subjects because they don't move much. John
Thanks Painter KS! Thanks John. I tried a few flowers, but the wind always started blowing! I really love it. I feel like I've discovered a whole new world.
Very nice nehall! What lens are you using for these?
This guy keeps hanging out across the street from us.
