New Lens

New Lens

So I have a couple of cameras the first one being a canon 530hs with the lens attached. Then I bought a canon 80D a couple of years later. It came with a 18 to 55 and a 55 to 250. I added a 50 to that a few months ago. I found it to be a pain to switch lenses or walk around with more than 1. I should say that I consider myself a rank amateur when it comes to photography. Yesterday I ordered a canon 17 to 135 lens for $292. I expect it to be a better lens to walk around with. Has anyone used it. What did you think.

I wonder if anyone switching from a fixed lens camera to a DSLR really realizes how inconvenient switching lenses can be......I know I didn't. It took me about a month before I started looking for a good walk around lens. I finally ended up with a Canon 24 - 105. Don't know anything about the one you bought, but It sure sounds like a good price! Hope you enjoy it! Let us know.

I really love my Tamron 16-300. I only change the lens when I want an extra wide shot.
