21 Day Vegan Kickstart - join me?

Hi everyone. What a day! I am having a go at this free program. I know Neal Barnard and his team (PCRM - Physician's Committee for Responsible Medicine) and I can vouch for this approach. I would classify it as 'best of breed'. If you have been curious about vegan diet, and want to experience it, I don't know of a better way to jump in. I'm a long-termer when it comes to living in the vegetarian/vegan space, and I'd be happy to host a weekly Zoom-type event where participants could do some Q&A - say, to address the common struggles that involve this type of change. While I am fully familiar with veganism, my diet had become pretty undisciplined over the last few years. And there's 'ample evidence' of that! Time to get back into a healthier mode of living. I find it faintly amusing that people feel compelled to write back in the negative. (there's a lot of emotion tied up in diet.. for some of us. It's our own journey.). But there you have it. Moving along.

I like spam especially when camping out, spam, eggs and home fried potatoes with a hot buttermilk biscuit. Good way to start to start a day. Do they make a vegan spam.
