RE: St Paddy’s day parade

Just ask me - I'll be there at Baltic St.
The parade is Sunday and there is a small foot race on Saturday. Even the rain for saturday looks to end early in the morning.

Sunday look chilly with no rain.

Due to scheduling conflicts, our feast will have to wait until Sunday. But I'm ready to rock it. Guinness Stout is mandatory.

Nags Head Pier (Bladen St) to Driftwood St in Nags Head. It's going to be cold.

Thanks...they're staying at a house on Beach Rd. near Mulligans Grill. Hope it was going by their house!

I have some buds in from Raleigh area and we did the corned beef and cabbage yesterday. I’ll raise you an Irish Car Bomb! We did one yesterday and another just now. What a throwback to younger years.

Hat tip - don't ever ask for an Irish car bomb in deep southern Ireland, especially in Wexford. If you do and you're not with extended family you might have some troubles.

But I do love an Irish car bomb. Slainte!

Super excited. Was hoping for warmer weather but will take no rain. Glad I posted and asked b/c I thought it was today. House @11-1/2 on S wrightsville so will plan to go a few blocks and perch there. Are there really 1000’s of spectators? That I have to see.

The people in the parade start to line up at Surfside Plaza up to Nags Head pier. At 1pm they turn them loose to go north up the parade route, so you will see most of what is in the parade.
