Beach Farmer Hmmm, I will venture down to my cellar and see if a vino interests me... maybe I will join in the fun tonight. Can't be up late though, I have a weekend of canning and pickling planned. Perfect weather for that and the wife would also like to see her dining room table again.

OK, now we have the meat liberated from the shell. About a half pound. Now we put the empty carcasses in the pressure cooker to make a good crab broth to be strained.

Fresh home made sausage from the Hyde County Raritan Ladies Club. If you are ever in Hyde County when they have a seasonal sale JUMP on it! Best sausage you will ever have, spicy and mild!

You are such a great cook, BF! Thanks for the pics and funnyisms tonight. Oddly enough, I just took our dog out to potty, and the moon and stars are out with a light wind and no rain. Strange!! It's beautiful. The calm before the bigger storm maybe??!!
