Does anyone remember a little grocery store in Nags Head on the west side of the bypass somewhere between mp11 and mp12. It was pretty run down by the time it closed around 1989-1990 (I think). We used to walk there from my parents’ cottage in Vista Colony. Seems I remember a large colony of feral cats living around it for a few years after it closed and before it was demolished.
