Yeah!! Glad to hear I'm not alone. Keep me updated on your progress. Started today on the healthy eating part of the program but decided I will not officially weigh in until Monday morning.
So far so good. Of course I am not losing as fast as I would like but I guess it isn't a race. Slowly but surely it will come off and I really have to start looking at it as more of a lifestyle change rather then a diet. My progress to date is above.PS...you better stay away from those duck donuts when your wife gets back
Looks like its time to stop my BP meds. Woke up yesterday and while making coffee had a little dizzy spell so I decided to check my blood pressure and turned out to be 93/57 Needless to say I didn't take my meds yesterday and kept a watch on it all day. Woke up this morning and it was still hanging at 106/63 so I don't think I will be taking them today either. I do believe the diet and exercise is working!!
