Don't waste your time. I played this in the summer of 2005 and was lsated to play it again, but we canceled after the first round and played at the Carolina Club instead (good move). Average condition, average course. The water is a bit of a challenge. It is just nothing special and not worth the money.

Water on 14 holes - What else do you need to say. The greens are a 10+ on the stint meter.
