Gave our house to Kitty Dunes to manage for 1 summer's rental season. Came home to our house mid-summer and our home had been trashed. After calling Kitty Dunes, we were told by Kitty Dunes that they would take care of our issues and seemed very apologetic. Came back at the end of the summer to find all of the same issues noted earlier plus many new ones. Went to court and the judge required Kitty Dunes pay us back a lot of money, but still felt sorry for all of the weekly renters who had to vacation in our home during the summer with our house looking like it did. As the old expression goes, Kitty Dunes knows how to talk the talk but doesn't do the walk. Another words, their promises are not worth anything. They supposedly have some new staff now, but I would not chance my vacation or my home on Kitty Dunes .
