This is always our first stop when coming to the OBX. We are ready for great food, Cold adult beverage and very friendly staff (And That's Exactly what you get). When you go to Fish Heads you feel like you have known everyone there for ever!

We normally stay by this pier and we visit it daily. Everything we have tried here has been great. Service is wonderful. Love the steamed shrimp!

We stay at MP 18 and Fish Heads is at 18.5 so it's an easy walk or ride. We are regulars there, the friendliest bat on the OBX and the food is great.

Fish Heads serves up fun and good food consistently. Their Tap selection is extensive and menu offers a varied selection of tasty better than bar fare choices and fresh seafood. A few of our favorites are the Scallop Rolls, Southwestern Egg Rolls, Spiced Shrimp and Fish Tacos. A great place for a casual meal, lively Happy Hour and good live music. Love sitting on that Pier.
